How to Respond to Negative Social Media Comments

Here is a fun message on how to respond when someone is posting negative comments on your social media pages, created by our friends at Hootsuite.  It is very important to respond publicly to negative messages with apologies and solutions.  Don’t delete their posts and/or ignore the negative poster.  Do your best to diffuse their anger and show them that your company cares.
